Online store operating at http://www.tmc.com.pl/, hereinafter reffered to as TMC On-line Bookstore, is run by companies:

1. Ordering process
1.1 In TMC On-line Bookstore orders can be placed:
- Through the website: www.tmc.com.pl
- By phone: +48 22 428 3014
- By e-mail: sklep@tmc.com.pl
1.2 Placing an order via www.tmc.com.pl website is hereby defined as conducting the following steps:
- Registration in the store (in the case of purchasing for the first time), by giving their personal details and accurate address data. See section II. Personal data,
- Log on at the store (available after registration),
- Adding one or more products to your basket,
- Moving on to the basket by clicking the basket icon located in the upper right corner of the page,
- Choice of payment method and way of shipping orders,
- Approval of the order,
- Confirmation of the order by using the link sent in email message upon approval of the order.
2. Changes in the roder
2.1 Customer may modify the order until the commencement of the confirmed order.
2. No consent for processing personal data makes it impossible to carry out order by TMC On-line Bookstore. Customer is responsible for providing false personal information.
3. Personal data are protected under the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (uniform text. Laws of 2002 No. 101 item. 926, as amended.) so as to prevent access to third parties.
4. In accordance with the aforementioned Act, TMC On-line Bookstore Customers have the right to inspect their personal data, correct them and request removal.
5. A condition necessary to begin processing of the order shipping is to provide a real address and phone number. In the case of suspected incomplete or inaccurate data, TMC On-line Bookstore reserves the right to do not send order.
1. Order processing begins at the time of confirmation of order by the Customer.
2. Orders without confirmation will not be realized.
3. Orders are executed only if the item is in stock. In case of unavailability of ordered products Customer is informed about the state of his order and have a possibility to decide how to proceed:
- partial execution of the order,
- waiting until ordered products will be available,
- cancel the whole order.
3. Processing of confirmed order begins:
- for orders paid by bank transfer - at the moment of crediting the TMC On-line Bookstore account
- in the case of payment on delivery - at the time of placing the order by Customer,
2. Time after which the customer receives the order includes the order processing time and estimated time of delivery.
3. Order processing is up to 3 working days.
4. Estimated time of delivery shall be:
- Poczta Polska – priority mail, delivery in 2 working days,
- Opek - consignment courier delivery in 1 working day.
6. TMC On-line Bookstore assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the fault of the carrier.
7. Delivery way is chosen by the client and specified in the order.
8. The Customer is informed about the status of an order in his user profile (available after logging on TMC On-line Bookstore).
9. The Customer is informed about sending his order or reciving it personally via e-mail.
10. TMC On-line Bookstore undertakes to to provide such packaging that shall guarantee their safe shipping and delivery to the Customer.
1. Cancelling the order
1.1 The Customer has a right to cancel a confirmed order. To do this Customer should send the information containing the login name, number and date of order to: sklep@tmc.com.pl within 2 days after ordering.
2. Complaints
2.2 Products purchased in the TMC On-line Bookstore can be complained if:
- it has defects caused by the fault of TMC On-line Bookstore, such as technical defects or mechanical damage caused during delivery,
- it has defects which are not the fault of TMC On-line Bookstore, such as printing defects, or other defects not visible before opening the package.
2.3 Complaints are accepted after prior notification sent to the address: bok@tmc.com.pl.
2.4 The basis to consider complaints is to provide by the Customer: complained products, proof of purchase and description of the complaint.
2.5 Shipping complainted products is done at the Customer's expense. After accepting the complaint as well founded the cost incurred by the Customer will be refunded.
2.6 Complaints are handled within 14 working days of receipt.
3. Returns
3.1 The basis for the recognition of return is providing a proof of purchase by the Customer.
3.2 The customer has the right to return the order within 10 working days from date of purchase, provided that the book will not bore signs of wear or copying.
3.3 Products sold as part of the promotion are not refundable.
3.4 Returns are accepted after prior notification sent to the address: bok@tmc.com.pl.
3.5 Shipping returned products is done at the Customer's expense.
1. All prices on the TMC On-line Bookstore:
- are given in Polish currency and are inclusive of VAT,
- does not contain information on shipping costs,
- do not include information about possible duties
2. The price given for each product is valid at the time of order.
3. TMC On-line Bookstore reserves the right to change prices of products and add new products any time.
4. TMC On-line Bookstore provides the following types of payments:
- Bank account transfer - after placing an order the Customer makes the transfer, and TMC On-line Bookstore carries an order after receiving confirmation of payment. In order to accelerate this process it is advisable to send an e-mail or fax confirmation of payment. Bank account number: BANK PEKAO SA 03 1240 2887 1111 0000 3389 2771
- Pay at delivery - the cost of the order payable on delivery - only available in Polish.
5. Per order of up to 150 PLN carried on Polish territory and for an order made outside the Polish border (regardless of the value of the order) Customer shall bear the following shipping costs:
4.1 On Polish territory:
4.1.1 Courier company Opek
- 13 PLN - in case of prepayment on bank account
- 15 PLN - in case of pay at delivery
4.1.2 Polish Post
- 10 PLN - in case of prepayment on bank account
- 15 PLN - in case of pay at delivery
4.2 The cost of shipping the orders outside Polish borders depends on the exporting country and is determined individually.
5. Orders in excess of 150 PLN or more are shipped free of charge on Polish territory.
6. In the case of courier delivery TMC On-line Bookstore may inform Customer about his waybill number if requested.
1. TMC On-line Bookstore reserves the right to carry out and cancel promotions, to activate and deactivate discount codes, or make changes.
1. Orders for companies are realized by TMC On-line Bookstore according to individual specifications.
2. TMC On-line Bookstore is not responsible for blocking emials send to Customer's email servers and removal or blocking emails by software installed on Customer's computer.
3. These Regulations shall apply from 10 April 2011.
4. TMC On-line Bookstore reserves the right to change the Regulations. Any changes to the Regulations apply from the date they are published on page http://tmc.com.pl.

By registering in TMC On-line Bookstore Customer consents to the processing of personal data related to ordering process made in TMC On-line Bookstore, and to provide an email address to entities cooperating with TMC On-line Bookstore, as well as providing personal data to fill a questionnaire with an opinion on the transactions, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection dated 29.08.1997.2. No consent for processing personal data makes it impossible to carry out order by TMC On-line Bookstore. Customer is responsible for providing false personal information.
